Our classess are based around functional health, focusing on:

I truly believe in listening to and encouraging our amazing bodies and celebrating them for what they can do. I am now in my mid fifties and very much in to my menopause journey, so I underdstand the full impact of hormone depletion. It can bring recurring injury and pain, sleep deprivation, anxiety, brain fog, and many other symptoms including loss of bone density and muscle mass.

Thoughtful, planned movement classes can help to alleviate these symptoms and help us all to live life to the full.

​Qualifications and Training:

  • Level 3 Pilates Matwork Instructor (YMCA and Pilates Matwork, London)

  • Level 3 Pre & Post Natal Pilates Instructor (Mamas Pilates and Active IQ)

  • Pilates for Menopause (APPI Healthgroup)

  • Attended training courses with Pilates Matwork on:

    • Pilates for the older adult

    • Pilates and breast cancer,

    • Back pathology

    • Hip and knee rehabilitation.
