Hello,
I'm Clare and welcome to our Pilates community.

We offer small group, movement classes honing in on strength, bone loading, mobility and balance, all essential at any stage of life but especially for Menopause.

​​The Pilates principles of control, precision, concentration, centre, breath and flow guide every exercise, and together, with regular classes, we will strengthen, mobilise and release our bodies, whatever fitness level you are at. In turn, this will help you to reduce the risk of injury and pain in your daily life - what's not to love!​

 

Clare Lofnes Pilates is a lovely little Pilates community offering weekly in person and online classes.
